From the chloroformic extract of the aerial parts of Pulicaria arabica (L.) Cass. eight flavonoids were isolated. Their structures were established by spectroscopic methods (UV, MS and NMR spectroscopy) and proved to be 3,7-dimethoxy kaempferol, 3-methoxy kaempferol, kaempferol, dihydro kaempferol, 3,7-dimethoxy quercetin, 3-methoxy quercetin, quercetin and dihydro quercetin. In addition, and acetophenone was also isolated.
